The worst online experience ever! Buyer beware. I ordered three products which arrived 5 weeks late and arrived while I was on vacation. We were unavailable to receive or pick up the package and were charged 641 SEK for failure to pick up the package and for return cost. When I called Living Furniture to protest (5-weeks delayed arrival and unavailability to pick up), they were uncaring, uninterested, unwilling to compromise or try to keep me as a customer, and lacking any inclination towards customer service! To top it off, there was a SEK 60 added for reminder of the return cost. Terrible, terrible, terrible, experience to pay for a product I never received! Buyer beware. Avoid their online service!!!
